How can I access the WP bibliographies?
There are two ways of accessing the bibliographies.
WP2 and WP 4 bibliographies are presented as pdf files and are accessed in the normal way.
Since it is a wearisome task, to scroll down 60 or more pages, looking for information, the bibliographies are also presented as searchable databases which are accessed in the following way.

Search and Browse Menus
The Search menu is accessed by clicking on the Search Button in the top right hand of the database screen.

The Browse menu is  accessed by the horizontal buttons across the top of the screen: Title, Author, Journal.
If any one of these fields is selected, clicking on the alphabet (shown on the left, vertically) will activate the Sort function, so that a complete list of all the data held in the bibliography under the chosen field and letter will appear.
Beware: if users browse by Title and use the letter “A”, they will get a very long list of all the publications beginning with “A”.

Who can use the restricted site?
Only IASON registered partners can use the restricted site. There are two types of user privileges: a) designated user, which gives access to all sections in the secure site, but restricts access in the Document Management System to the Activities Folder; b) Steering Group user, which gives access to all areas of the secure site.
The secure site can be accessed from any section, except the Home Page. The login is in red fonts and is at the bottom of the left Hand Menu.
The secure site consists of the following sections
LOGIN: for all users
You then enter the IASON Data Management System
The left hand menu starts with the User Menu.
1. View account - click and you can see your account
2. Edit Account - you can put in new information about yourself
3. Notification - Users can send messages to the different groups which have access privileges for the IASON site.
4. Logout - you log out when you have finished downloading
5. Inbox - group messages are stored here

When will the Science Plane be available online?
The Science Plan has been drafted and will shortly be available to the general public.

Are there any other deliverables that will be available to the general public?
Most of the IASON deliverables are scheduled for public delivery and are at the moment in the finalisation stages.
